Terms of Service — Early Access / Waitlist

Vyso is currently in pre-launch. There is no live product to log into yet — these terms govern the waitlist and any limited early-access features we make available ahead of general availability (GA). These terms will be replaced by a full Terms of Service before GA, and we will notify waitlist members when that happens.
By joining the Vyso waitlist, providing your information, or using any early-access feature, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not join the waitlist.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) and able to form a binding contract to join the waitlist. If you are joining on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.
2. What Joining the Waitlist Means
Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest — it is not a purchase, subscription, or guarantee of access. Vyso does not commit to a specific date for granting access, access in the order you joined, that any particular feature shown pre-launch will be included at GA, or that the Service will launch at all. We may invite waitlist members to early access in any order, on any basis, or not at all, at our discretion.
3. Acceptable Use
Even at this stage, you agree not to provide false information when joining the waitlist or misrepresent who you are, attempt to game referral or priority-access mechanisms, use the waitlist form or any early-access feature to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to Vyso systems or other users’ data, or reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse any early-access materials we share with you. We may remove you from the waitlist or revoke early access for violating this section.
4. Your Information
Information you provide to join the waitlist (such as your email address) is handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. By joining, you consent to receive emails about early access invitations and product updates; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails.
5. Early-Access Features
If we grant you access to pre-release features before GA, they are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, and may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change substantially before GA. We may modify, restrict, or discontinue them at any time without notice. Any content or data you input into early-access features may not be preserved when the feature changes or when the Service reaches GA. You should not rely on early-access features for production or business-critical use.
6. Feedback
If you give us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Vyso, you agree we can use them to improve the Service without any obligation to compensate you or attribute the feedback to you.
7. Intellectual Property
The Vyso name, logo, website, and all related materials are owned by Vyso or its licensors. Joining the waitlist does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or other intellectual property beyond what is needed to participate in the waitlist itself.
8. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
The waitlist and any early-access features are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyso is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the waitlist or use of early-access features, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed a nominal amount since no payment has been made at this stage.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves, particularly as we approach GA. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date, and will notify waitlist members by email of material changes or when these terms are replaced by our full Terms of Service.
10. Termination
You can leave the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us. We may remove you from the waitlist or revoke early access at our discretion, including for violating Section 3.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
