Vyso terms
Terms for a media library that does real work.
Last updated: September 17, 2026. These terms describe the current public Vyso service, including accounts, asset processing, storage, delivery, and Free and Pro plans.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Vyso. You are responsible for the information provided for your account, keeping your credentials secure, and activity carried out through your account. If you use Vyso for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. The service
Vyso provides a digital asset management service for uploading, organizing, searching, enriching, reviewing, transforming, and delivering media. Some features may be introduced gradually, depend on your plan or configuration, or be unavailable during maintenance and development. 3. Uploaded content
You retain ownership of the files and other content you upload. You grant Vyso the limited rights needed to store, process, index, transform, deliver, secure, and operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to upload and use that content, including any personal data contained in it.
4. AI and automated processing
Vyso may process uploaded assets and metadata to generate captions, tags, embeddings, search signals, previews, and cleanup suggestions. Automated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before they are used as the sole basis for a business, legal, safety, or deletion decision.
5. Plans, storage, and billing
Vyso currently provides Free and Pro plan types. Free includes 1 GB of storage and Pro includes 100 GB of storage. Pro pricing is $20 per month and may be changed with notice. If paid billing is enabled for your account, you are responsible for applicable charges, taxes, and keeping billing information current.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Vyso to upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or abusive content; attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, rate limits, or storage controls; interfere with the service; access another user’s content; or use the service to develop a competing service by scraping or reverse engineering it. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
7. Intellectual property
The Vyso name, product, website, documentation, software, and related materials belong to Vyso or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited right to use the service and do not transfer ownership of Vyso intellectual property.
8. Availability and changes
Vyso is provided as a developing service. We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue features, including during maintenance or when a dependency or integration changes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, that every automated result will be accurate, or that a particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, security or abuse concerns, non-payment where applicable, or discontinuation of the service. Data handling after account closure is described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable account or plan settings.
